梅にメジロ、狙っていた取り合わせです。年に一度、今の時季にしか撮れない写真です。今日は運良く、待ち時間ゼロで撮影態勢に入れました。

「花鳥画」を写真で表現するとこのような感じかなと思いながら撮影しました。

Combining the Japanese white-eye bird with plum blossoms was the shot I had in mind. It’s a photo that can only be taken at this time of year, once a year. Today, I was lucky enough to start shooting with zero waiting time. As I took the photos, I thought this might be how ‘Kachoh-ga’ is expressed in photography.

今日は探鳥ウォーキングの初っ端で、白梅紅梅の中で吸蜜をする番と思われる２羽のメジロに出合い、しばらくの間撮影させてもらいました。

例によって、動きが素速いので落ち着いて撮らせてくれませんしあまり近づくこともできなかったのでトリミング作品が多くなりました。

一方、フレンドリーないつものジョウビタキ君は近くで余裕を持って撮らせてくれました。

とても楽しいバードウォッチングでした。

At the beginning of today’s birdwatching walk, I came across two Japanese white-eyes that appeared to be sucking nectar in the midst of white and pink plum blossoms, and I was able to take pictures of them for a while.

As usual, they moved very quickly and didn’t let me take pictures calmly, and I couldn’t get too close, so I ended up with many cropped pictures.

On the other hand, the usual friendly Daurian redstart allowed me to take pictures of it with ease from close by.

It was a very enjoyable birdwatching experience.
