Wildflowers in Full Bloom, Butterflies Fluttering, and Summer Birds Singing!
初夏の雰囲気が漂ってきている私のお気に入りの山のフィールドでは、クマガイソウが咲き誇り、夏鳥のオオルリやキビタキの囀りが響き渡っていました。
キビタキのメスもようやく到着したようで、今季初見することができました。
野鳥が姿を現せば優先的に撮影し、鳥たちの姿が見られないときは蝶、山野草や新緑の撮影を楽しみ、とても楽しいひと時を過ごすことができリフレッシュできました。
The atmosphere of early summer was drifting in my favorite mountain field, where the Kumagaiso was in full bloom and the songs of summer birds such as the Blue-and-White Flycatcher and Narcissus Flycatcher echoed.
It seemed that the female Narcissus Flycatcher had finally arrived, and I was able to see it for the first time this season.
I prioritized taking photos of birds when they appeared, and enjoyed capturing butterflies, wildflowers, and the fresh greenery when birds were not around. It was a very enjoyable time and I was able to refresh myself.

この蝶、翼の模様もそうですが頭部や胴体部が光の当たり方で虹色に輝いていて、とても美しい蝶です。
This butterfly is not only beautiful because of the pattern on its wings, but also because its head and body shimmer with rainbow colors depending on how the light hits them.

今回は青空の下、山のフィールドで自然を満喫することができました。
野鳥たちの囀りや、美しい蝶、そして季節ごとに変わる山野草たちを観察することで、心身ともにリフレッシュすることができました。
自然に触れることは、日々の喧騒から解放され、本当に心地よいものですね。
