今日の”花鳥風月”…野鳥も花も新緑も霧雨に濡れる

Wet with Spring Rain: Birds, Flowers, and Fresh Greenery

前日の眩いほどの光差す林とは打って変わって何もかもがしっとりと霧雨に濡れていました。

レンズ越しに同じ被写体を見てもその印象がずいぶんと異なって見えました。

写真は光と影の産物なのだと改めて実感します。

撮影者である私は与えられた自然条件の中で少しでも良い写真を撮るだけです。

My favorite mountain field here, illuminated by dazzling light the day before, was now a complete contrast as everything was drenched in drizzling rain.

Looking at the same subjects through the lens, they appeared vastly different in impression.

It made me realize once again that photographs are the products of light and shadow.

As a photographer standing here, I simply take the best possible photos I can within the given natural conditions.

たとえ霧雨が降っていても、時折薄日が差すような明るい条件だったならばもっと印象深い写真が撮れただろうと思います。

その点が少し残念でした。

Even if it was drizzling, if the conditions had been brighter, with occasional light sunlight, I would have been able to take more impressive pictures.

I was a little disappointed on that point.
