What a stunning combination of plum trees and Japanese white-eyes!
予報よりも早く雨が上がったので公園に行ってきました。いつもよりも１時間以上も遅く出かけたので、ウォーキングは諦め探鳥だけを楽しむことにしました。
というわけで、限られた時間を考慮して「梅の木に止まっている小鳥たち」を撮影することに焦点を絞りました。
その結果、期待に裏切られず、白梅、紅梅に囲まれて、１時間ほどメジロたちの撮影を楽しむことができました。
As the rain stopped earlier than forecasted, I went out to the park.
Since I left more than an hour later than usual, I gave up on walking and decided to enjoy birdwatching instead.
Therefore, considering the limited time, I focused on taking pictures of “birds perched on plum trees”.
As a result, I was not disappointed, and I was able to enjoy shooting Japanese white-eyes for about an hour, surrounded by white and pink plum blossoms.
It was an absolutely delightful moment.

紅梅の多くはもうすでに盛りを過ぎようとしています。
まさに季節が移り変わろうとしているところで、春が早足で近付いてきています。

Fortunately, I was able to witness many collaborative scenes between the plum blossoms and the Japanese white-eye, so it was worth going out on a cloudy day.
Many of the red or pink plum blossoms are already past their peak, though.
Just as winter is about to end, spring is rapidly approaching.
