Summer Birdsong Echoes through a Forest of Blooming Mountain Wildflowers!
夏鳥のオオルリ、キビタキ、コサメビタキの囀りが聞かれました。特に、オオルリとキビタキの鳴き声はよく響きます。
囀りが聞こえると目の前の山野草を撮影しようか、それとも囀りの主を探しに行こうか、しばしば迷います。
若葉と新緑の中で味わう贅沢なひと時です。
I heard the singing of summer birds such as the blue-and-white flycatcher, narcissus flycatcher, and brown flycatcher. Especially the blue-and-white flycatcher and narcissus flycatcher’s cries echo well.
When I hear their singing, I often wonder whether I should take pictures of the wildflowers in front of me or go look for the birds.
It’s a luxurious moment to enjoy among the fresh green leaves.

Today, I visited a field in the mountains that is very special to me, and was able to refresh myself. It was a truly luxurious time to be able to admire the beauty of the mountain wildflowers and enjoy birdwatching amidst them.
Connecting with nature brings us many benefits. Through taking deep breaths amidst the forest filled with fresh green leaves during my stay there, my mind and body were able to refresh.
Nature always provides us with surprises and healing. Through today’s visit, I once again felt a connection with nature and believe that my heart has become richer.
